[Afpif] NEWS- African IXP Association to Establish Secretariat in Rwanda

Hi all- The African IXP Association, in partnership with the Internet Society, has signed an agreement with the Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance (RICTA) to establish an administrative secretariat in Kigali, Rwanda.
