Hi Michuki,

I would like to apply for the full fellowship in order to participate in the
AfPIF-4 meeting. I have responded to the questions as per below:

i. Indicate whom the IXP has nominated to represent them at the AfPIF event.

Antonio Godinho

ii. Indicate if you are requesting for partial or full fellowship

Full fellowship

iii. Indicate the departure city and country

Maputo, Mozambique

iv. Indicate your interest to participate at the Af-IX meeting to be held on
afternoon of 2nd September (early arrival for event)

I am interested in participating in this meeting.

v. Provide a plan of how you intend to socialise the AfPIF event to your
members between now and the start of the event

I will be contacting them and making them aware of the event through our IXP
mailing list which sends email to all participants of the MOZIX.

vi. Provide an indication of how many peers/operators you can bring to the
AfPIF event (the peers/operators should be willing to meet their own travel
and accommodation expenses)

This will depend entirely on the operators, I can only try to convince them
of the importance of participating in such a forum.

vii. Provide information on how you intend to share your experiences with
the community upon your return from the AfPIF event.

I will share the information mainly through discussions with the members of
the IXP through our mailing list as well as trying to organize a workshop in
which other things can also be discussed such as deployment of IPv6 which I
see as a very important issue which is still not regarded as such in
Mozambique as no one has deployed it yet.

Cheers,

Antonio Godinho
